ONE-OFF HANDMADE PIECE

The Starfish Candelabra is a one-off handmade piece created by Anders Hermansen, and reflects his fascination with the big blue ocean and its beautifully diverse marine life.

The starfish is an amazing creature representing more than 1,500 species, which can be found from the tropics to cold polar waters. Some live in shallow intertidal waters, others way down to abyssal depths. The five-arm varieties are the most common, but species with 10, 20, and even 40 arms exist.

The Starfish Candelabra has an organic steel wire structure with aluminum pieces, which catch the light from the lit candles. It is made with artistic freedom, which allows this starfish to have a bright shining and wonderful life with only 3 arms.
