General These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Anders Hermansen Design online gallery. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Each piece offered by Anders Hermansen Design is handmade and unique. Minor variations in form, finish, or detail are inherent to the creative process and do not constitute a defect.
All prices are listed in EUR and include Danish VAT (25%) unless stated otherwise. Payments are accepted via the methods displayed at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full. For business customers within the EU who provide a valid VAT number, purchases can be invoiced without VAT under the EU reverse charge regulation. For customers outside the EU, local import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Each piece by Anders Hermansen is carefully prepared for dispatch to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Orders are shipped with trusted carriers and are fully insured during transit until received and signed for by the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and the nature of the piece. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details where available.
Please note that any customs procedures, import duties, or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Each piece by Anders Hermansen is a unique handmade artwork. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the unfortunate case that your piece arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@andershermansendesign.com]. We will ensure the matter is resolved with care and attention.
Ownership of an artwork transfers to the customer upon full payment and delivery.
Copyright, design rights, and reproduction rights remain the sole property of Anders Hermansen.
The artwork may not be reproduced, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Anders Hermansen Design.
Anders Hermansen Design respects your privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Information provided during purchase is used solely for order fulfilment, communication, and customer service. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to process and deliver your order.
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Danish law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Copenhagen, Denmark.
